Terms and Conditions
Thank you for considering the coaching service with Nisha Sanjeev. Before proceeding, please carefully review and accept the following terms and conditions. By registering for the coaching service/s, you affirm your passion for writing and your desire to refine your craft under Nisha’s guidance. Your agreement to these terms and conditions is essential for purchasing the coaching service/s. If you cannot comply with these terms, we kindly request that you refrain from purchasing the coaching service/s.
General Terms and Conditions:
We have made every effort to provide a comprehensive representation of the coaching services and their potential outcomes. The services aim to coach both writers and aspiring writers to enhance their writing skills and achieve their writing goals. However, individual results will vary based on multiple factors, such as the writer’s skill level, command of the language, knowledge of the subject, dedication & discipline and personal objectives. We cannot guarantee specific results or outcomes from your participation in the coaching services. By enrolling, you acknowledge and agree that neither we nor any affiliated parties shall bear any responsibility for any direct, indirect, punitive, special, incidental, or consequential damages, or any other economic loss resulting from the coaching services.
Payment:
To secure your seat, full payment must be received by Nisha Sanjeev in cleared funds no later than two (2) business days before the scheduled coaching commencement date. If payments are made in installments, coaching services will be scheduled after each installment is received in cleared funds.
By signing up for the service/s, you claim one of the limited spots, and all payments made are considered non-refundable, as they secure your space, excluding others.
In exceptional circumstances, such as unforeseen emergency, travel or illness, we may, at my sole discretion, refund a portion of the coaching fee if canceled calls cannot be rescheduled, and the coaching package cannot be completed.
Scheduling:
Coaching service/s will be scheduled through a digital system, taking into account the mutual availability of both parties. In cases of emergencies, illness or travel, calls may need to be rescheduled but will not incur additional fees.
Confidentiality:
By accepting these terms, you acknowledge and consent that the tools, materials, and information provided in the coaching services are my confidential, copyrighted, and proprietary information. You agree not to record, duplicate, distribute, teach, or train from these materials without obtaining my explicit written permission. Any unauthorized use or distribution of this Intellectual Property is strictly prohibited and may lead to additional legal action.
