09 Dec 3 tips to overcome success roadblocks
If you have been doing all that you can but you seem to make no real progress, then it is time for you to concentrate on your spiritual practice.
Always remember, we are both Spiritual and Human. Only when we acknowledge, respect, and concentrate on our duality will we get lasting, contented results. And the amazing thing about embracing our duality is that things flow easily.
The so-called roadblocks will no more BLOCK you.
So, here are 3 tips to overcome your roadblocks to success.
- Have a morning routine – a spiritual practice. Meditate.
If you are not into meditating. Spent time by yourself. Connect to your higher self. Connect to your spirit guides. Set your intentions for the day, for the week, for the month…long-term goals. This is also a form of manifestation. But the beauty of doing it in the morning is that you will have set the tone, the momentum for the day.
- Remember the bigger picture
When you seem to lose interest in what you are doing, on those lazy days, when you do not feel like taking any action, catch yourself and tell yourself WHY you set out to do this. Remember the bigger picture. Remember your Vision. That will pull you out of the inertia. Once the excitement of the end result comes in sight, the daily routine task will no more be strenuous.
- Rush slowly
This is the old Zen saying. Attack your goal, run towards your destination. But do it slowly. When you get this you will not be overwhelmed. Most often, in your enthusiasm to achieve, you go all out, breaking all stops and working and pushing yourself too hard. This can be detrimental. You get overwhelmed and may feel like quitting. It can burn you out. It can stress you. It can also demotivate you. So have a modest pace when working towards your goal. Take small and steady steps.
